Well let's celebrate good news for two things.
1. Eclipse (Stephenie Meyer) came out on the 7 (Tuesday) and luckily for me, my mom was home. Once I finished my swimming lesson for that day, I went to Chapters and got it.
Let me tell you, I loved it!!
Some people didn't like it..(I've heard)
I just can't wait for Breaking Dawn now..
I've already read Eclipse twice (once on the first day and the second time on the 8th)
Now I'm re-reading the whole Twilight series.
I'm so addicted, lol.
2. I passed my Bronze Cross exam today!
For those of you who don't know what it is, it's a course you have to take before you can apply to be anything for swimming. You have to take NLS to be instructor, I think, but you don't have to if you wanna be a lifeguard.
Or is it the other way around?
Anyways, I'm pretty thrilled I passed. I took the course in January ad I already failed once..
I think I could've failed today if I had a harsh examiner. I was lucky my examiner decided to overlook the fact that I did whipkick instead of eggbeater for my spinals. (shudders)
So, I'm really happy.
All in all, a pretty good summer considering HP7 and the above events. Oh, and you can't forget So you think you can dance.
