Ok, well last night I stayed until 4 in the morning and woke up at 10. But now i feel like crap after all the junkfood, soda no sleep combined so heres how to deal with it.
Tip #1: Take a nice warm shower in the morning. This will keep you awake for a while until you get the chance to sleep again.
Tip #2: Eat a complete breakfast that has not to much sugar but plenty of whole-grain foods because it will slowly release energy for you throughout the day.
Tip #3: GET SOME SLEPP YOU STAYING UP ALL NIGHT MORON!!!!!!!!
