Star Light Whispers
Once, not so long ago, on a very cold and darkend night, a girl walks soundlessly through a park called, Never's Land. Never's Land, a playground for young children; a place where many people go. This night, it was filled wih people. She walked passed many of them, crying and screaming. None of them seemed to hear her. The moon was bright, but the stars were hidden behind thick, heavy clouds.
"Why can't you hear me!" She tried so very hard to make them hear her, but no one could. Again and again, she tries to make a sound, even just the smallest sound. But, her tries were all in vain. She knew now that no one would ever hear her. Hopeless, she wanders through the park, crying silent cries, wishing empty wishes.
She now sits on a swing, being pushed by the cold night's wind. The coulds move away, and a little girl sits on the swing next to her.
"What's you're name?" The little girl asks happily. "I'm Haily."
She replies, "Alexandra..." She whispers.
The little girl speaks to her again. "That's a pretty name." She smile's sweetly at Alexandra.
Alexandra's eyes fill with happiness. "You can hear me..!" She whispers again.
The little girl laughs. "Haha, of course I can." The little girl gets up and waves goodbye.
Alexandra waves back, as the stars go behind the heavey clouds.
The little girl frowns. "Where'd she go..?" Her arm falls and she walks to her mother.
Alexandra tries to speak again, like before, no one again could hear her.
"No...no!" She cries another silent cry.
She looks up. "Please! Please come back!" She cries silently to the starless sky.
She gets up and runs. "Haily! Haily, can't you hear me?"
Haily feels a cold feeling, she felt as if all the happiness had gone from Never's Land. She looks back at the swings, she sees nothing but the swings. She frowns again and moves on.
Alexandra falls onto the cold ground, as the first snow of winter starts to fall.
As the snow gets high on the ground, Alexandra starts to feel warm, listening to the sound of happy children playing in the snow, but again, she feels cold. Haily would never see Alexandra again, never hear her voice.
Her heart beat becomes slower, she see's Haily walking passed her. "I...want to die..." She whispered.
A cold, harsh wind blew through Never's Land Park. For a moment, all the children looked at her, they heard her.
Haily had turned to look at Alexandra, laying almost lifeless on the ground. "Bye bye Alexandra..." Haily said, looking up at the dissapearing stars. She grabed her mother's hand and they left the park.
Alexandra heard her. "Good bye, Haily..." She whispered as the last star had gone behind the clouds, and as her last breath was drawn.
