She's always like this... She thought, striding down the hall. With a sigh, she reached the elevator and pressed the down button. I haven't seen her smile in ages... There was the familiar ding and then the doors opened. Inside the elevator were three others, two walking out - to rooms of loved ones no doubt. The third was a tall man about the age of 24, judging by his looks. He wore a normal black suit with a plain white button up underneath. No tie, but his nose supported a pair of oval glasses. His face gave off a smile as she walked in and the doors closed. "Hello, miss" His voice was deep, yet soft. She smiled back and gave a small 'Hello' "Which floor are you going to?" At that she remembered that she hadn't pressed the button for her stop. Lowering her head in embarrassment she said "First" The man didn't laugh, but just walked to the panel and pressed the 1. "That should do it" she looked up at him "Thanks..." "No problem" he returned "Can I ask you something...?" she stared at him for a minute "Like what?"
"Well you see, I'm looking for my two younger sisters. I heard they were staying here..." the elevator stopped "oh, It looks like it's your stop" he said while the doors opened. "What were you going to ask me?" She was curious now. "Nevermind" he chuckled and gently nudged her out of the elevator. Before the doors closed he said "I'll talk to you later, Kay"
