I've always thought appearance didn't matter, but it absolutely does. Argue with me all you want, but there's so much proof in the world. - I know it's not a GOOD thing, but nothing's going to change it.
I read books and watch the videos- I totaly want to be more like them, so I just might actually try sometime.
A friend once said to me at a sleepover, [We put makeup on the night before] "You know Christina, you're really not an ugly girl, you'd actually be really sexy if you just tried a little." - To that I just shrugged, I just can't stand when girls hog the bathroom, throwing stuff on the face when they don't even KNOW how GROSS it is. Or when girls put on makeup in class- what morons. And when you see someone WITHOUT makeup, when the usually do, they look WORSE THAN EVER! IT'S TRUE!
I buy make up to make me feel better, is that so wrong?!
I think this year I'm gonna start with a clean slate- I'm gonna actually bother to make my hair nice, or my clothes a little more matchy. Go me!
