Alright, this is GJ. This is where I'm supossed to be able to rant my head off if I felt like it. GOD DAMNIT! Hitchikers Guide, as a movie, made me horribly sad. As people can testify I was shaking with rage and sadness and the...wrongness of the entire film. It's not be being nitpicky, they literally re-wrote the fregging thing! Stuff that happened in the movie does not happen in the book, it was just wrong. Not ill-adapted, WRONG! GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! If'n I had seen the movie without reading/being obsessed with the book perhaps I would have enjoyed it more. It was funny, Marvin made my week with his depressed awesome. But nonononononononononononono! Not right! Not cool. Okay, I'm finished. And don't anyone DARE b*h at me via comments about how I'm overreacting. 	I understand they butchered the book, but what book-made-movie EVER was true to the book? Please, name one. And since Hollywood is on a 'Lets make every book we can get our hands on into a movie!' kick, we're all gonna have to get used to it. Which is why we all have to start sitting back, and just WATCHING a movie, instead of nitpicking through it at all the parts that were wrong from the book.
