And here is section two.

* * * * “Hey, Dai, wanna see who can kill the most demons?” a young, blonde-haired demon slayer asked his leader. The leader smirked. He was tall, a little less than six feet, with steely gray eyes and short black hair that spiked up slightly in the front. He wore a tight, sleeveless black shirt, gray pants and black boots. Around his wrists was a pair of iron gauntlets. He had a silver revolver at his belt, a symbol of his high status not only as a demon slayer but also as one of noble descent. His name was Daichi Somai, first born son to the leader of the Somai Clan, which was well known as a clan of demon slayers. “Is that a bet, Bakar?” Daichi said. “If you want it to be,” Bakar laughed. “How about we each steak one thousand yen*?” “You’re not sounding too confident there, Bakar,” a slightly shorter man said, jabbing his elbow into Bakar’s side. “Of course, the captain always wins so it’s best to be careful.” “One thousand yen is fine for me,” Daichi said as he swung his halberd to rest on his shoulder. “I wouldn’t want Bakar to be broke.” Suddenly, a roar reached the ears of the demon slayers. “What was that?” one of them asked, gripping his longsword tightly. Almost as if to answer his question, Kuro burst into view from behind some houses. “A dragon!” exclaimed Bakar. “I want everyone to retreat! Now!” Daichi commanded, getting into hi fighting stance. “But captain—“ “Go! None of you have taken down a dragon before!” Daichi snapped. “Besides, it’s better for only one of us to risk their life instead of all of us.” The demon slayers nodded and quickly retreated. By the time they were gone, Kuro was approaching Daichi. “You must be one of the demon slayers,” Kuro growled. “Where are the others?” “It’s only me,” Daichi said coldly, tightening his grip on the pole of his halberd. “Then this will be easier than I thought it would be,” Rei said as she stepped out from behind Kuro. Daichi loosened his grip slightly when he saw Rei. He hadn’t expected to see any humans here: just demons. “Who are you?!” he snapped. “I daresay that’s none of your business, demon slayer,” Rei replied with a toss of her hair. “Now leave before I’m forced to hurt you.” Daichi laughed as he swung his halberd back onto his shoulder. “What’s so funny?” “If you think I’m going to be scared of a teenager and her pet dragon, you’ve got another thing coming, kid,” Daichi sneered. “It would be wise for you to learn not to underestimate your opponent,” hissed Kuro. “I don’t think I—“ Daichi was cut off by Rei running up to him so fast that he didn’t even know she was there until she punched him in the stomach, knocking the wind out of him. He fell forward and his head landed on Rei’s shoulder as he blacked out.
