Life has been good to me for the past two months...

I was in the musical You're A Good Man Charlie Brown. It was pretty fun. I was the Little Red-Haired Girl... she's the one who Charlie Brown was madly in love with, but never told her. I was one of the only two freshmen in the play, so that was pretty good, I think. We just finished our run. Our drama department is now out of the hole (we were in debt bad, let me tell you).

I am now a certified lifeguard, as strange as that thought may be. And I will have me first real summer job this summer! I'm excited about that!

We also finished our run of The Anne Frank Project at my community theatre. It was amazing! I was the Anne in it.. so that will look good on my resume!

I am now... well... can you be in love at age 15? He was in my lifeguarding class... he's really cute! All my friends tease me though... he goes to a nice school in my town... During the class, I didn't know anybody... but he sat beside me. I knew he was a nice guy from the start. I noticed that he acted oddly around me... but I didn't really think much of it... well, until another guy in the class (a real snitch) told me that he was crazy about me and talked about me nonstop in the locker room... (I was the only girl in the group)... I thought about it for a while and it made sense, but didn't do anything about it. I realized that I liked him back... but more as friends... well at first ^_^ tee hee! He was an idiot and didn't realize I liked him back. After the class we kept in touch (which normally I give out my number to friends I make in places like that and never hear from them again... so sad sad ). And he asked me who I liked... and I for some bizarre reason goosestepped around the answer. Then I asked a more direct question... "In the class, Adam told me that you were really crazy about me and talked about me nonstop, is that true?" (I'm a real blunt one, aren't I?) He got quiet for a while, then asked me to answer his question first.. then he guessed if it was this random sophmore in the class ( I told him that it was a guy who goes to his school - where I only know 3 guys)... I said no... he said (more to himself than anyone else) am I missing the obvious? Then he guessed if it was this eighth grader I've known since forever... I said no, again... he said am I really missing the obvious here?!? Then he got quiet again then said... I don't really know how to answer your question... yes I like you.. a lot... but I didn't want to say anything because I know you are not allowed to date until you are 16, and I didn't want to seem like an idiot or jerk by saying or doing (but that was more in an undertone... he didn't think I heard - the dork ^_^ - ) anything. And I wasn't really sure how you felt... and I ... then he got really quiet... so I started laughing my butt off... He didn't know that I was laughing more in relief and happiness, he really was that oblivious! The goober! ^_^

Yeah.. So I think life really has been treating me nice lately!
