I still haven't seen Grindhouse.
It seems like I always miss the movies I actually want to see. Maybe this is because I wait for them to come to the cheap theatre. Sometimes they never come, like Howl's Moving Castle, Pan's Labyrinth, and Running with Scissors. Actually, I'm not even sure Scissors was even in my town. I saw it on DVD, and it wasn't actually that good. The best part about the book is how he talks about everything, and that's only in the movie a few times.
Like this example, "I wanted rules, I wanted boundaries, I wanted to be grounded for sleeping with a 30 year old schizophrenic!"
Ah, Augustine Burroughs, I need to get more of your books. You put the fun back into psychotic, or something like that.
