The Snow Melts,
The Trees Wilt,
Winter is here no more.
Flowers are blooming,
and farmers aren't gloomy,
spring is here once more.
summer is coming,
and everyone's humming,
"Where Did The Winter Go???"
Summer Has Past,
And Autumn Is Here,
Leaves Falling Over The Course,
Seasons come,
and seasons go,
autumn is no more...
The winter air freezes.....
to let down our old friend,
The Snow...

- careful with the elipses. And I think you probably could have added some imagery to make the poem more indepth.
