'Forgiveness'

When I finally think I'm over you,
you come back to me with a heat full of sadness.
Crying.
Wanting.

Crying because of all the pain.
Wanting because you felt a strain,
in our friendship.

You turned me away so many months ago.
And I felt as though I needed to go.
Unloved.
Heartbroken.

Unloved because you turned me away.
Heartbroken because you led me astray

But now you've finally faced your fears.
And now you want forgiveness.
You're sorry.
You were wrong.

You are sorry because you pushed me away.
You said you were wrong,
for leaving me that day...

And I forgive you.
