What is love? That is the question, I'm starting to ask myself. It's not a question that can be easily answered, that's for sure. Love is not only that funny feeling you get when you see some one. It's having that pulsing heart that aches when you see them sad, jumps when they're happy and worries when they're secretive. These are the things I want to show my love. To say, "I love you" is not enough, behind those words, are feelings and they're strong, this I want to show my love. Being away makes me love you more, this I want to show my love. When I see you talking or being with someone else, I'm stuck and being pulled between two sides of myself, to either support you or hate you for being blind to what I feel... This I want to show my love. I sometimes cry myself to sleep, knowing you think of someone else as I only think of you. This I want to show my love. But... I never tell you this.. Do you know why? Because even if it hurts, I'll love you if you're happy. This I want to show my love. I'd love to just be held or hold you in my arms. To feel your warm embrace, but for now, just knowing you're near is enough. Though my anger rises sometimes, I'll hide it from you, I don't want to see that side of me. Most of all, I'm afraid to tell you this, because, I don't want to lose your friendship.... This I want to show my love. Because you never let me get close, I'm held far away and out of reach... Maybe if you took the time to know me, you would see these things. Like there are two sides of the coin, there are two sides to me..... What you see is only one side...
