Sorry I haven't updated this in a while, but I have my reasons.
The Girl in Over Her Head
...Staring into the ghosts dark eyes, I was speachless. He was just so... cute! I looked at Roxy. My look said, "Back off, sister he's mine!" She nodded, almost imperceptibally, but I knew she understood. But why the ghost would like me, well, I didn't know. I was fat and ugly, not a good combination. I tried to make myself look punk and tough, but I didn't know how much of that got accross. Also, I wore glasses. Not very punkish, if you ask me. "I am called Alan," the ghost said, quietly. "What are your names?" I quickly jumped at the chance to speak to him, "I'm Felicity, and this is Roxy," I said, trying not to show my fear, wonder, and awe. Alan nodded quickly. "What brings you two here in the middle of the night?" Oh I loved that soft British tinge to his accent! "We're lost," Roxy said. So she can lie, I thought. Not bad. Not bad at all. Alan nodded, like he beleived her. Probably he didn't, but he said nothing. "Well, this isn't a place you would want to get lost in. Nevertheless, you can't leave now." "Um, why?" I asked, nervous. I wasn't very sure I liked this anymore. What did he mean, we can't leave? "I will explain it all shortly," Alan said, "But first we must get out of the open. We've been exposed too long." Okay, I was officially creeped out. What did he mean by that?!...
