well i thought this would help for a few of you because it helped me...most of the time. when you are sad and you want to cry, cry because later you will be able to smile again. if you keep them bottled up like i do then they leak out later on and cause you stress. it's not good for you. so when you feel like crying cry, when you feel like exploding ( not literally) scream., punch a pillow, a wall do anything to make you feel better so you can smile again later. i'm just saying this because it's true and it works for me...most of the time! sweatdrop
