The light gazed upon my weeping as the day drew to an end i watched the waves hit the rocks and the pain grew dear. The darkness spread upon me as a lion on a dear, but the sun will rise again, he said, and sat beside me there. His eyes were full of memory, of the past and present now. His smile was like an angel, always bright and there. His hands were soft as cotton, and were smooth as ice. He was warm and gentle, even though it was night. The darkness tried attacking, like every night it had. But he had made it fade, and even at that time end. He held me close all night, safe, and warm. He didn't let me go, as if he knew all was wrong. The night for once was quick, as a jackrabbit on a field, but unlike the the faded darkness, he was here to stay.
