Currently my back is a little messed up and has been since yesterday after my workout. It's my lower back muscles and they are as sore as my legs were for the 3 days when I first started working out. I skipped my workout today because of how sore I am. I'm really hoping to feel better soon because I want to get back to it asap. What did it was some warm up stretches I've been doing. Debating if I should continue doing those or not.
