This first month of my new workout routine has gone pretty well. I think I made a good start. Andy thinks I've already lost weight and that my a** is already getting into better shape. I honestly don't see it.
I'm still far from being happy with my physical shape but I'm at least proud of myself for sticking to it. I've also been learning what I can and can't do currently. For one I am unable to support my own body weight with my arms so am unable to do a couple of the moves. When that happens while I'm working out I usually just do something else to keep moving and busy.
I'm not sure yet when I feel like I should start doubling my routine time. Perhaps once I start feeling not as tired near the end of a regular session. I know to take it slow since I'm not in the best shape and don't have a lot of energy and strength. I know though that it will build up in time and I will eventually be able to do more and more.
