I got bored... Here's a story me and my friends have been working on for along time...umm....well it may not make sense at first, but...if i continue with it i will be sure to elaborate. sweatdrop
He didn’t smile, he didn’t talk, one of the simplest expressions anyone has ever given us. A frown, a glare, and scorn that obviously frosted his lips, hate was all around him. I wasn’t afraid of the boy…no way in hell would I ever be afraid of that kid!!! He could smack me senseless as much as he wanted, but I still wouldn’t back down off him if he bothered me, but today was different. He was concerned with hate; our party consisted of many warriors from across the land, together we fought and won the battles that faced us with simplistic ease and we had to thank our tactician Ai for that. She was a miracle worker and single-handedly guided our group to victory. This battle was one for the records and when we heard the news, our littler group of kids around thirteen, fourteen, and fifteen was both scared and excited. But…our leader, Roy, said that this fight would be too tough for us to handle and forced us to stay behind. Obviously, Dark didn’t agree with these outrageous terms and fought for his right to fight…so since Dark wasn’t co-operating with the decisions made by the leader and the tactician, Roy demanded that the guards keep a close eye on the Pherae castle. Outside guards paced back and forth. Whenever they passed our window, they looked up at our room to see the silhouette of our shadows on the curtain. What a wonder cardboard cut outs can really be. Outside, the dark chilling air surrounded us. It was a sharp sense, one so harsh that it hurt to breathe. The night traveling would have taken quite a toll on our little underground group. Still, the blankets aided us in our quest. The heat kept inside at all times, a very precious resource at our disposal. The crickets chirped in a somewhat melodious tune that was both soothing and yet unnerving at the same time. The grass, crisp and fresh, made crackling noises under our feet. It scared me to think what might have happened if they were loud enough so that the guards could hear. What would they have done to us? Maybe the more pressing matter was what would have Roy done to us? I shuddered to think of such an atrocity, no way, getting caught couldn't have been an option, not for us. The faint voices of the guards were heard of somewhere in the distance. They seemed to be very cool and laid back, so it seemed like they hadn't suspected us of actually leaving the castle. At first I didn't think we could have gotten past the door. Roy always said that his knights were the best in their class. How wrong he must have been. Dark led the way. His black cape that draped across his shoulders fit in perfectly with the night. I followed since my whole outfit was made of black cloth. If we took the lead, maybe guards wouldn't spot us approaching from behind...that would have given us enough time to attack them letting the others get away safely. The gates began to tower ever higher above our heads. It ws almost within reach, just barely off in the distance, almost could touch it. Just having to reach out into the distance. At this moment, the last few in the line; Auroe Accesi, Randori Kenshi, and Caria broke into a sprint for the gates. The grass crunching with each step. It was sort of a damp noise, I thought...It had just rained a few days ago... Without thinking, my feet began to dash across the ground, following the others like a leaderless rouge. Just a follower...A flaw in my design... The gates drew nearer than i had ever dream. just up ahead were the doors that closed us in.
