I worked an AM shift today, which is fine. But today was so tiering, I don't know why. I normally work something like, 5:15 p.m-2 am. Today I worked 10:15am-5pm. The paranoia hit me like boom, after being home a while. And I thought eating would help (it did a little), now I'm all Shakey, and nauseous emotion_puke. Any tips besides going to bed?
