But yes, someone has to do it. Hi, my name's Charlotte, and I live in Belgium. You know, it rains a lot in Belgium...but now the weather is merry, with a bright yellow sun shining from the heavens and not a dark cloud to be spotted. Unfortunately... it's exams right now. So while my parents enjoy the sun with some suntan lotion and glasses, here I am in my small cramped studying space, trying to cram as much information as possible in my head. The joy of being Belgian... stare

Now I know some people might laugh and call me dumb, but then you haven't experience the iron fist of Belgian academics. It truelly does have a wholly other system than the Americans have (trust me, I lived there for 6 years, I know). For example, in America, I got straight As, with a 4.0 average at the end of the year, and I wasn't even trying. But here in Belgium, you call yourself lucky if you pass, and you get a pat on your back if you get in the 80's. So...exams are a stress-filled moment, because if you don't pass...then you'll have to go down a class. Not real pretty if all your friends passed and you have to sit with people more immature than you.

On a happier note, I finally made my mini-shop. Look at my siggy and click it. There's a bump contest too! It actually cost me two days to do all the HTML code on notepad and then transfering it to GaiaOnline. But I did it, and I came out thriomphant in the end.
