(In final fanty 7 rp im in Alexis and Neons perants died for something no one knows. Ill tell ithow it is.)) Alexis perants were used in a Jenova project for Shinra. SHortly after Alexis was born The perants were taken there leaveing Neon to take acre of her. But when she was 13 Neon left because he was geting in troble so She went to help at Tifas bar.
