Apparently the sick man only had a fever and the flu.
But if that was the case why is he showing other symptoms after loosing these ones?
I'm not saying he didn't have them but I think he is infected. He is throwing up only hours after he gets better, his eyes are BLOOD shot and his skin is pale.
He says he feels better but I don't believe it, he just doesn't want to get shot. but no point in wasting ammo on a potential Survivor. Anyways the good news is we landed at the half way point from our destination. Which makes me believe we will get there before they move again or.. well die.
Other than stopping for sleep we needed food so I went off and the pilot stayed with the man. I found many shops. They were either boarded up to tight or fully looted. So I decided to turn back and ask for help on opening up one of the food shops that looked promising.
But by the time I got there they were gone. I started to panic, I felt cold and sweat was forming on my forehead. Luckily they just went to the bathroom. Good thing they didn't see me crying.
We headed off to the store only to encounter the crying girl. She got agitated very fast to we turned off our lights and backed away and she went back to crying. I didn't understand it but it gave me an idea! I waited for her to stand up a bit so I could get a good shot and placed my rifle on her forehead and before she could attack I blasted my clip into her head, and she didn't die. so I backed away and with her arms apart and cries echoing she came at me, The pilot drew his shotgun and blasted her in the head for one last shot.
Apparently shotguns hurt her more then Hunting Rifles but it doesn't matter we killed her and LIVED. She has power. almost other worldly and completely unaware of the world around her.. until you get in her personal space. She is like some thing out of mid evil times. Why doesn't she just get up on a broom stick and flyaway after one hitting me... Witch. it doesn't match up to well but I'll work with it. The crying ones are now Witches.
So we finally got a bored of the store and it was alarmed.. obviously. It seems to me like shop owners thought that in a zombie outbreak that they would live to come back for there things and that noise wouldn't attract zombies.. or maybe they did know and it was a sick joke. Man I am really hating these shop owners. i think I hated them the most when the pilot got smoked then boomed on THEN a tank came.... GAH. I almost enjoy killing them. But not tanks.. I hate tanks, they don't stop and keep coming.
Eventually we took the tank down but not with out having countless hunters bite my throat and taste bile 100 times and cough in enough smoke to kill 5 families. i am usually not one to speak in such ways but I can't take it anymore, what's the point in being proper is no one is there to listen?
So we turned the alarm off, killed tones of common infected and some ones in fire hazard suits, I guess those suits don't stop bites.. Oh and we found a back room filled with empty boxes, I guess we can carry more than we thought.
We packed beans, chips, soda, juice, canned goods, rice, bottled water, batteries, lighters, smokes, toilet paper, paper plates, plastic forks and spoons, cookies, granola bars, energy drinks, pills, cereal, and tons of candy.
It took 3 trips to get it all to the helicopter and I didn't want to leave it. What if some punks came around and stole everything. We worked so hard for it. I didn't want it to be gone.. and I didn't to kill living people, we need as much as we can get. (people that is)
So they went back for the last box as I waited. A small boy came up to me and ask for some food and I said the store was FILLED and he and his family could get some there. I then heard the boys calling me and I waved back. When i looked again he was gone. I looked around and couldn't find him so I brought some health kits and pills as well as a pistol and went to the store, and there he and two women were, I helped them bored up the windows and door and gave them what I had, it seemed the women that was thin and brunette was his mother and the other was maybe a friend or someone they found on the way. She looked infected and almost ready to turn. I told her I had seen these symptoms before and that it wasn't a good sign but she just told me to get out so I did. and as I closed the back door I bordered up the fence on one side so they can't get in one way but they could escape another, I wanted to bring them along but I didn't have time and we didn't have room.
By the time we lifted off 6 hours had gone by and we needed to move. As I sat in the seat I buckled in and fell asleep.
