Character name: Sam Evans
Age: 16/17
Appearance:
Sexuality: No comment.
Personality: Not very good in school cause he is dyslexic. Though, he is working on it. Kind of a smart a** at times, seeing how he had actually stood up to the one and only Noah Puckerman.
Background:Sam is a nice enough guy. Typical teen who just wants to be noticed in some way, so he joins the football team. At first he starts out as being Finn's protegee' but, after some rather awkward yelling caused by their new coach. Finn get's kicked off the team and Sam instantly takes over as the quarterback. Now, with his new found glory of being the lead guy on the football team, and a possible new member of the Glee club, Sam is slowly realizing that high can be a little more then he had bargained for.
Especially the chance of getting a slushie facial if he were to join Glee club. Would it really be worth it to lose everything just so he could sing?
Role-play sample: Sam sighed, taking in a few deep breaths as he finished changing into some baggy shorts and a black wife beater. This was the fist actual day of football tryouts, -Since the last one was ruined when poor coach beiest had been tricked into buying all those pizzas. It was a good pizza party, though.- And he couldn't help but feel a little nervous. He sighed once more, following everyone out onto the field and spotting Finn at the head of the pack. God, he wanted to be just like the tall jock, to be the quarter back. To be the one that everyone saw and admired. Everyone was calling the blond Finn's 'Protegee.' So, that meant that he was going to have to try even harder then he normally would have. He didn't want to let anyone on the field see how nervous he was, though. So, he just played it off as being completely calm, running up to where Finn and Puck were and watching as Finn shoved the other jock hard. They had been talking about someone named, Kurt Hummel? Who ever that was. And Finn was starting look pretty pissed. Puck pointed over at the bleachers, Sam's eyes following his finger, and locking onto some small boy who was sitting there reading some girl magazine? Suddenly, he turned his head back, hearing Finn say something about how the small boy used to be the teams kicker, and his mouth nearly dropped. That small kid was there kicker at one point? He shook his head, eyes still locked on the brunette as he began to bite his lip.
Sam's eyes went wide as he spotted the brunette look up from his magazine, quickly averting his eyes as to not be accused of staring and locking them on the ground in front of him. "So, that dude was really a kicker at one point?" Sam asked, biting his lip and turning his gaze back to Finn and Puck. The two stopping what they were doing when they heard the blond speak, turning to look at him. "Yeah, Kurt was amazing!" Finn said, ignoring Puck comment of 'f**' and looking at Sam. "You weren't around to see that, huh? Well, Kurt was the whole reason why we had won our first game." Finn said, hearing Puck say something else and shoving him roughly. "Dude, don't talk about him like that." Finn said, glaring at Puck and completely missing when coach Beiest was suddenly behind them. "You two, stop horsing around and get over here!" Sam shivered, watching as the buff lady walked over to them, eyes going wider when she spotted Kurt sitting on the bleachers. Oh god, had she heard what they had been talking about? "You! Kid with the magazine! Get down her!" Sam heard her yell, his eyes, -And everyone else- Locking onto the brunette. Well, that answered his question.
