Marie casually walked down the hectic midnights streets of the city, her hand resting protectivly on the lock of her purse. Inside was what could be very important information, or a simple letter of acceptance. Father hadn't told her what was in the unmarked package, only that it was of upmost importance that is was delivered to the human on 22 Street, when he opened it she'd know what to do. Raven colored eyes were in constant motion, gathering the surronding and proccessing potential dangers to the sharpened mind they worked for. With her right hand the fiery redhead brushed the loose strands of straight hair out of her eyes. Two her left she spotted two of her father's men entering a small cafe that specialized it food that met the special needs of her people.
Before she knew it Marie stood on the cluttered steps of town house number seven, knocking on the door with her pale hand, she waited to be accepted into the home. The door opened with a displeasing creak and the unpleasant stench of sickness assualted her sensitive nose. In a hurry to get this over with the vampire stepped into the room, shutting the door behind her with a soft click. "Mister Dan, I presume." The ghostly white figure infront of her nodded and she reached into her bag to pull out the unmarked envelope and handed it to the male, who took it with a shaky hand.
Waiting in annoyance for the sick human infront of her to open the package. Finally it was opened, watching the male unfold the letter the confused look on his face irked her. "There's nothing here." Snatching the peice of paper out of his hands Marie's dark eyes looked it over, spotting the cursive letter K at the corner of the paper. Understanding the meaning she ran her tongue over her teeth, then smiled, her pearly white teeth gleaming omniously is the faint light of the lamp. "There is indeed something in it. I'll be staying with you tnight." Taking a couple steps closer Marie felt her heart pound. "He's given me the answer to your illness, but he wants the money first."
