DETAILED PERSONALITY
Zeke is a rather laidback individual who loves to spend his time with others. It's rather easy to get along with him, and as long as you're not a total douchecanoe, he'll probably get along well with you too. It takes special kinds of disturbances to faze Zeke-- he's very good at brushing things off.
He's a bit lazy, always wanting to sleep in and shirk hard work. He'd much rather just hang around...
He also likes to play 'big brother' to those younger than him, even if they're not all that younger...
He's incredibly chatty, and loooves talking to people.
All of the above, of course, only applies when he is not severely glitching up-- when THAT happens, he could become very jittery, talk very fast, move erratically, and generally act like he's on something.
OR, if conditions are juuust right (he takes a very severe shock, or glitches while in a state of intense fear or anger), he tends to go a little batshit insane. Thankfully, this state rarely occurs.
CURRENT/HOME UNIVERSE

ZEKE'S PAST
Zeke was initially created as a Porygon by Silph Co. The collar around his neck was placed there by the scientists who created him as a means of monitoring his status.
However, his programming was rather basic, and he could only do so much within its confines. So, in an attempt to ease this, Silph Co. upgraded him to Porygon2.
Now having the capacity to grow and learn, Zeke was allowed to roam about outside the lab under Silph Co.'s watchful eyes, monitoring his progress with other people and real-world events.
During this time, Zeke came to know two hackers who decided to use him to test their skills. Eventually breaking their way past the safeguards Silph Co. had programmed into him, they upgraded Zeke with some of their own coding (all of this against his knowledge, of course)-- Zeke then became Porygon-Z... he became much more advanced than before, but their coding was bugged, rendering him bugged in turn. These glitches, at their mildest, can cause minor voice distortions or physical spasms/tremors, and at their worst, cause temporary mood swings and personality changes. Ah well~
RELATIONSHIPS
- Zeke looks after Mar like a little brother, even though this constantly puts him in a position to be pranked and tricked a lot. He doesn't seem to mind Mar's antics, though.
