YES! You will notice that a few of these, Like 4, 5 and 8 have two winners. Take a look at them. Brothers, rivals and could be twins. If you know any character like that, you can ask for them both!

Not really, not. It can be from a live action, musical, singer, game ect. The only thing I ask when you mention a live action star is that it not be American. Since the point of the Character Spotlight is intended to be Anime, I try to keep it that way. For example, you noticed that Atobe Keigo has already won, but you REALLY think Kazuki Kato did one hell of a job resprsenting him, then say so. If you really don't like Renji, of BLEACH, bit LOVE the actor (Eiji Moriyama) who plays in, feel free. Also--You can ask about T.M. Revolution, or Super Junior. You can even ask for Link and Kirby! Do not ask for Clover, of Super Spies or Bttercup from the Power Puff Girls. See what I'm saying?
