Who am I?
A question that seems so simple
Yet it forces me to dig deep inside
Racking my brain for an answer
That I never really can find
Who am I?
A question that can be interpreted in so many ways
With millions of answers
Yet my mind draws a blank.
Who am I?
A question that frustrates me
Until I finally see
I am no one, but me.
Who am I?
I’m a girl who listens to music every second I get,
Writing down all the things in my head,
Having fun just being with my friends.
Who am I?
I’m a girl who is shy and quiet most of the time,
But I know how to speak my mind
Telling you my opinion.
So who am I?
I’m nothing, but a teenage girl
Trying to find my place in this world
As well as who I really am,
Yet for now I can say one thing for sure
I’m a person who hates when people ask me this question
Because how am I to know
Who I really am
When I’m only just beginning
To figure that out
For myself.
