Here's another poem I wrote...called Daughter Please comment
Black waves crashing on the white sand seashore. She gazes at the water from the cliffs, thinking, I can't take this anymore. The water beckonds. She takes but a second. Then she hears her name. But, she thinks, it's all the same. Everybody hates her. Nobody loves her. She takes another step closer...another step closer to death. White puffs eminate in the night air from her warm breath. She hears her name another time. She turns around just in time. She sees her mother, tears in her eyes. Her hand reached out towads her hopeless daughter and tries. Tries to coax her back. Back to her loving home, back on track. As she heads back to her mother, she slips and falls off the edge. She reaches hopelessly towards her mother shouting for her in tears, decending down, out of sight the ledge. Her mother cries, as her daughter hits the water. The blackness surrounds, dead, is her daughter.
