Always waiting for the new to come around
Well today was the official first snowfall day of Winter, even though winter's not for another month. My dad woke me up this morning for school and said that I'd have my work cut out for me, cause I bike to school everyday. So at first I didn't know what he meant by this, but when I pulled up my blinds to see a foot of snow on the ground I was like "Woot! Snow-Day!" but sadly, it wasn't a snow day.
Though today was "Take Your Kid to Work Day" for the 9ners so the school was pretty empty, so I didn't have to fight my way to get to my classes, which is a pain to do every day.
So yes, today, I did have my work cut out for me, as I had to ride to school on my bike in a foot of snow, I think, at least it looked like a foot of snow. So, me having Asthma, I had issues going through that thick snow, but I survived, somehow, and made it through the day as well, which I'm just as surprised about.
Anyways, enough of snow, yes it's cool and all, but I can't spend my entire time rambling on about it, lol. Onto another topic, I was supposed to meet a friends friend today in the school library. I got out of Second Period to meet her, but when I got to the library, I was like "s**t, what the hell does she look like again?".
So I'm sitting there for a good 5 minutes looking around for her, and not to be racist, but she's a darker girl, so I'm like looking over all the darker colored kids, lol, but still had no luck. So I ended up going back to class, to sit there and do nothing like always.
And then, my friend invited me over to play my first game of Halo 3 since it was released. I've heard all the rumors about how the game sucks, how it's the best game ever created for the 360, and how my one friend waited in line outside Wal-Mart to buy the game, only to take it back that night after beating it and claiming it was "A Waste of money".
So I went to my friends to play it, and OMG! The graphics are kick a**, the sounds, the levels, the detail put into everything is so well done, however... I still think it could use a bit of more coding, no offense to those who adore the game, I saw some flaws in it.
