My headache is finally going away, I had Pizza for dinner and I'm eating Chips. Drinking a Pepsi. I went to Neopets for a little while and before that, I did some Yoga, I like to turn the light off when practice Yoga and then I have my fan on really high, if I have a stress headache. Then I turn on meditation music. I practice Yoga until it goes away. And it seems to help for me. When I turn the lights off, it helps me to erase my mind of whatever aggravates me. And keep my mind off of things around me or outside distractions. I love the feeling of a pitch black room to practice yoga. It's like the world just vanishes and then when I turn the light on, it's back. & I'm no longer frustrated. LOL. Yeah. Yoga is really awesome. See ya later and hope anyone reading, has a good night. I'm gonna go to bed. Maybe not, but yeah.
