Keith Mars Keith Mars, Veronica's dad, was once Neptune's respected sheriff. That changed when he targeted Jake Kane, a billionaire who made many locals rich through his company, for the murder of his own daughter, Lilly Kane. When Abel Koontz later confessed to the murder, Keith was seen as incompetent. It cost him his job, his wife and the respect of the locals. Now, he runs his own private detective agency with the help of Veronica.

Wallace Fennel Wallace met Veronica while he was duct-taped naked to Neptune High's flagpole. Why was he on the flag pole?
