I am not nice
I have a little goblin inside my heart
And from time to time I let him go
And then somthing happens
That I regret
And I realize I am not nice
What nice person would let that little goblin go?
He cackles at my pain
Pokes holes in my heart
Plays with my emotions
He makes me see double standards, makes me hear double meanings
He makes me have dark thoughts
Twining them around my soul
He cuts me from the inside
And everytime I cry
He gets stronger
And now
I'm worried he'll break loose

Intriguing, not very consistent though. If it was refined I might be able to rate it better. I am not you and our views are likely to differ but as an example I would have written:
He makes me see double standards,
He makes me hear double meanings,
He makes me have dark thoughts and <adjective> feelings.
I believe the transition is more fluid to the next part of the poem. - Report As Spam

- Though there is someone in my family with that problem, I do not have it, thanks for the comment though ^^

I find the metaphor of your bad side manifesting itself as a monster as if it's out of your control. While it does make me wonder if it alludes to anger management issues, which would be a very interesting thing to have written about, I'm not exactly sure. Either way, a decent idea executed fairly well. 4/5
