You'll find me somewhere over the rainbow,
where blue birds dont ever fly
and the colors that had once been are now grey
and cast shadows in the sky.
The trees here have all wilted,
the leaves long since passed
and the road I'm told to follow
is now just a beaten path.
Where the meadows seem far more inviting,
than what awaits for me in Oz.
A man who doesnt grant wishes
but thinks himself a god.
So hurry and come find me love
and wake me from this dream.
Please be my ruby slippers love
and take me from this scene.
Passed the sleepy meadows
and through the wilted trees.
Yes passed the shaded colors
until we're finally free.

- Title: Letter from Oz
- Artist: Multi_Proxy
- Description: This was inspired by a dream that I had about Oz. Granted the dream was far more terrifying than was I portray in this poem as it was a quick version. I hope to someday rewrite it and add more detail of the dream. I hope youve enjoyed it. thank you for reading.
