Broken and torn,
Lost and insecure
Losing you,
Was my only fear.

So, here I lay nestled,
In my rumpled sheets.
Waiting to be awoken,
From this restless sleep.

For I am enveloped,
In this nightmare.
Because if we fell apart,
Who would even care!?

No one,
Exactly, no one would.
Everyone is waiting for us to fall,
They'd push us if they could.

So save me the pain,
And let's just end things now.
I swear I'd save you!
If I knew how.

Love it. It reminds me a bit of some of my own poetry... it's refreshing to see that not everyone on here is obsessed with making EVERYTHING rhyme. Now, normally I'd not, but I highly respect your poetic ability, so I'm just going to point it out: "nestled" usually has a postive connotation, and it doesn't jive just right with "rumpled" and "restless," which were more fitting for what I think you had in mind. It might not warrant changing, but it's something to keep in mind for the future.
