• friends are only crutches for the weak
cry out to someone else because I'll never speak

society's structure lay slanted, leaning oblique.
I don't need to prove it to you, for you prove it to me

in the tears you shed and the comfort you seek.
when all else fails and others disagree

you fall onto someone who lacks true critique
you see in every good friend just "agreeing" is key

no one really cares about the sorrows you shriek
not even the friends of which would rather flee

your tales are bland each so whiny and bleak
honestly there's some place I'd rather be

simply follow my lead and set yourself free
friends that are sneakily sleek are not often unique

most times they only stay for what they need
what could it be this time

    money's mystique
or perhaps only words they'd love to tweak
