• dub dub and tag were frolicking in the forest,
    the sky was dark and dreary
    the wind blew with mighty force
    yet the night was silent and contrary

    they walked quickly and without words untill they reached,
    a deep dark hole,
    blackened and bleached...

    all they could see was darkness,
    no light at all
    so they threw little stones in,
    to see how far they would fall

    no matter how big the stones got,
    or how long they waited
    no sound was heard at all,
    and they grew agitated...

    they needed the answer, they needed to know
    they became irritated with every throw...

    in their domain, all was not well
    what they thought they knew,
    confused them,
    they could not tell

    as much as they thought they knew all,
    one questions eluded them,
    how far could one fall?

    so they decided to divert, move away,
    trouble was sure to arrise
    if they choose to stay...

    the hole was there for a reason,
    unknown to all
    it served its purpose,
    it had its call...

    so like dub dub and tag on their life quest,
    the hole was just there doing its best
    no choice it had but to be,
    alone in a forest, under a tree

    no answer could change its fate or destiny
    for a big black hole had but one thing to be
    left alone to do its thing
    not knowing what its path will bring

    dub dub and tag were lucky that day,
    frolicking along on their merry way
    the choice they made to carry on,
    protected them both from things going wrong

    one choice, one moment
    two paths carried on along
    not knowing each others fate
    or where they belonged

    together dub dub and tag travelled the night
    guided and protected
    both each others light
    and as time passed
    they grew old and tired
    but together they stayed strong,
    for they were inspired

    inspired by life and the path they had taken
    together they had remained
    their path unforsaken...

    now many moons on,
    their bodies long passed and been
    in the deep dark forest
    their spirits are still seen

    frolicking along,just in sight
    guiding and protecting
    throughout the night

    helping new journeys,
    someone who cant find their way alone
    guiding and protecting them,
    they lead them back home

    shadows they are,
    beauty within hides their faces
    and in the deepest of your darkness,
    are their hiding places...
