As I lay here I watch the clouds,
Wondering if I'm really loved.
I hear those three words everyday,
But I can never get why.
Why does my mother love me,
Why does she care?
All I ever do is nod and laugh,
But I can never get why.
I hear it from my friends,
But they're mostly joking.
I laugh and say it back,
But I can never get why.
Then I hear it from him,
The one I love.
I smile and say it back,
And then I get why.
Why the words mean so much,
Why my heart flies every time.
I get why he says it to me so much,
Because I'm truely loved.

- Artist: MissingFire

Description:
One day I was laying around thinking about all of my loved ones and what love really is. And as I was thinking about it I randomly wrote this poem down.
It's one of my crappier ones that I've written and I don't really like it that much. But all of my friends told me it was really good so I decided to put it on Gaia randomly one day to see what others thought.
So take a look and tell me what you think. - Date: 03/03/2010
