Mirror, Mirror on the wall
Sure, you see me
But do you see it all?
Everyone is more than just a person
It doesn't seem fair
Who are they to declare?
They judge like they know you
Label you like a brand
They don't even bother to learn about you first hand.
Never let them get you
Tell you you aren't handsome or pretty
For if you don't believe so, that's just a pity.
You are who you are
That's the only thing you have all your life
Don't listen to 'them', They are just shallow and a lowlife.
- Title: Mirror, Mirror
- Artist: Akisayo
- Description: A poem about labels and judging. It's all stupid to me, to judge someone like you spend every waking minute with them, but really you only label them because they dress or do certain things.
