It must have been the middle of dusk, the way the sun hung on your face.
But then the sun must have vanished
as stars awoke and brightened the sky
I must have felt your love burning against the cold mid-spring air.
As my breath was taken away, it must have been something you've done.
with your consummate touch and meaningful words.
Our shadows barely stretched out onto the world, though we walked meaningfully.
then we turn and cup our hands in cleansing waters of rejuvenation.
Though twilight is upon us trees dimming.
Together we stay hand in hand.
Heart to heart is connected by intimate bonds. Lines of invisible, that few can truly feel.
Soon the moon illuminates
shinning shinning brightly.
ever so brightly.
internal flame of love burning so vigorously
until the next time we can soak into the happiness of seeing a smile of one another.
