Summer has come,
Along with the sun and hollidays.
I wave goodbye to you.
As i drive to a place far away.

I know i wont see you for a long time.
But still i wish i could.
I wish you werent so far away.
I wish you understood.

You have dissapeared now.
Just like i predicted.
But still i wish you hadnt.

For you have gone into the dark.
Were i can no longer see you.
No longer feel and hear you.
We have lost contact, lost hope.

So as i see everything i hope for run.
I find their is no words that i can say.
To stop you from turning away.

i understand... my best friends are amish i miss them over the summer yes... but we grow distant now that they will not be going to school for 9th grade. as for the poem its sad and beutiful 5/5
