• I'm standing here[[on the edge of you and me]], my shadow hidden in the moonlight. The stars shine so bright- they once shone for you. Now, I'm walking, and the future seems foggy, unclear. Now, I'm finding myself running back, but the ghosts I can't seem to catch. Panting & out of breath, I find myself collapsed on the edge of forever. Distant and hollow, screams of "never" ring through my head as the wind whispers softly to me- You were everything I couldn't ever be. The dawn breaks through the night sky, and a glimpse of dreams destroyed caught in my eye- You were just another creation in my mind.
