• From the heavens rain falls

    and down on earth

    life seems to stall.

    And For a about a mile

    i'm a kid again

    but only for a while.

    When they're done with the kind

    and the clouds are gone

    the sun will shine.

    and leave me with another:

    a beautiful rainbow

    of six colors.

    Red.

    Orange.

    Yellow.

    Green.

    Blue.

    Purple.

    It fills the sky

    and with joyous wonder

    it kills the lies.

    It brighten the day

    and mixes colors

    with sunny rays.

    until night falls

    and blankets the day

    with lulaby calls.

    the moon takes over

    and gives light to the world

    while life takes cover.
