• A long winding hall that leads to nowhere,
a fleeting glimpse of a life full of misery and despair,
a lengthy miles journey in someone else’s shoes,
a constant worrying that leaves you in the land of the confused.
A songbird singing happily, a summer sunset ending romantically, a passionate sealed kiss that turns out the light of innocence and breathes all our sins into the pit, among our kin.
Into the land of confusion, a large land of disillusion, a land of lies and fears and cries, a wasteland where nobody dies.
Not looking back, it’s so hard to see, the hardship and the agony that feel as though they have devoured me.
Into the land of confusion, a war torn land where there is no inclusion and the only other option is elusion from this wasteland full of pollution.
Is this a distortion, a deception, a fraud? Is there no escape from the perilous claws? Or is this a dream, a deadly mirage?
I’ve walked a thousand steps over the dunes, over the wreckage of a million ruins, no way to quench my thirst I’ve used all my fluids, struggling to make my way through this.
This land of confusion, this land of mirrors and illusion, this land is my land, which is my conclusion.
