The Invisible Man
There once was a man in a painting,
He wore a shell of a hat, checkered jacket and jeans
That was all that was left to the eye,
For of his face there was nothing to see.
He ran through a field and a forest,
And the grass would have tickled his knees,
But for this one simple problem;
There were simply just no knees to see.
He was running quite fast for some reason,
(You could tell by the pose of his hands).
I wonder, was he late for something,
This mysterious invisible man?
The painting itself was quite simple,
Had there been a man just to see,
But the fact still stands that there wasn't
A face staring back into me.
As others passed by the painting,
No second thought to be had,
He remains in my thoughts and my wonderings,
That mysterious invisible man.

- Title: The Invisible Man
- Artist: Hurricane Bomb Hayato
- Description: This is based on a real painting that for the life of me I cannot find a picture of on the internet. It was hanging up on the wall in my elementary school and has had quite the impact on me. If I ever saw it again, I think I would cry with joy XD
