- It's usually best to put more imagery in a poem and really show the reader what's going on... this is pretty bland. Snd, the rhyming of 'truth' with 'true' just...bothers me. One, they don't rhyme, and two, they're more or less the same word... one word that you probobly could have worked into that stanza instead on 'true' would be 'proof', as in 'was it real, show me the proof'.
