    So he told me

    “Close your eyes”

    On the inside I’m smiling and sighing

    What a wonderful feeling

    As he pulls me into his lap

    I laugh as I took off his cap

    And he just smiled back

    Then he kisses me on the cheek

    And my body goes weak

    As I lay there in his embrace

    My racing heart seems to calm

    As the palms of his hands are over mine

    This all might just rhyme

    But we just fell asleep in time
