    If you were a canvas
    Blank, unmarked

    And I would be your art

    But if you, my shining star
    Was to go out without warning
    And my ocean was to flood
    Due to global warning

    My population would die
    And my colour would go grey
    My heart would no longer beat
    Because no matter what I say

    You don't seem to get it
    My bright and shining star
    That you light the way for me
    You are my favorite by far.
