Nobody cares
I'm all alone
In this world

Nobody knows
Nobody will
How my life
is being torn apart

Nobody understands
Nobody can see
How difficult
My life is

But SOMEBODY does care
SOMEBODY does know
SOMEBODY understands
SOMEBODY is there
SOMEBODY can see

That somebody. . .
I know them
I know them well
They are my friends

But they can only do so much
So much to help this struggle
To get better
In this harsh, unforgiving world
