A girl sits in her purple-sky chair
A tattered piece of binder paper
A crumpled wad flies in the air
A love that is locked will be locked forever
A faltering wish dies on the spot
A teacher’s nag is all but ignored
A sea of crimson splashes on her face
A note that beckons to be read
A boy oblivious to the truth
A girl's grief-stricken tears fall down her cheeks
A dull-metal trashcan that seals her fate
A demise too much to bear
A girl sinks down her chair

- Title: A Demise
- Artist: Enigma Knight
- Description: I felt a bit dejected so I thought up of some situation that matched the light sadness hanging over me. The subject of the poem is not me, I'm of the opposite gender. Hope it appeals.
