• When asked multiple times 'What do you want to do when you grow up?' I finally realized that I had to make a decision. At first I wanted to be a Vet and take care of animals. But that was quickly dashed away by my fear of blood. So there I was entering High School with no plan for my life. So I took a lot of unrelated classes. At first I took some Marketing Classes and they were ok. Then when I needed to sign up for classes for my sophmore year, I decided that I would take some art classes, since I always loved art and thought I was really good at it. So after Intro to Art I took 2D art and Computer Art during my sophmore year. And I was hooked. I was determined to take every Art class possible. So junior year I signed up for Oil Painting, 2D art II, and Computer Art II, and countless other 2D art classes that got dropped from the ciriculum since not a lot of kids wanted to take them. Then after junior year I had taken all of the 2D art classes that I could take so for my Senior year I took all of the 3D art classes that I could take. I had 3D art and 3D art II. Both classes were a blast and I enjoyed every unit. This lead me into my want to go into a career that I could do Art everyday. So now my Acedemic Goals are to Major in Art and Art Education so that I can teach others the passion for art that I have developed.
